PanVell is a local network proxy client tool. We do not log, monitor, inspect, record, store, or sell your browsing history, DNS queries, or any content of your network traffic. All proxy traffic routing is processed strictly locally on your device.

2. Data Handling & Storage

The app operates entirely within the device's local sandbox:

• Configuration Data: All VPN/proxy configurations and node information are manually provided and managed by users themselves. This data is stored strictly on your local device.
• No Server-Side Infrastructure: We do not operate any server-side infrastructure to collect or manage your configurations or traffic.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Parties

We do not collect any user data, and therefore no information is shared with any third parties. The app does not integrate any third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.
